The Home

Senwick House is set in its own mature gardens, extending to about ten acres. The gardens are enjoyed throughout the year, the residents taking great pleasure in the early spring flowers, the rhododendrons and azaleas in May, and then the bountiful array of summer flowers.

The home has 12 en-suite bedrooms, all with marvellous views of the gardens and/or the sea. Each room is fitted with a 24-hour nurse call system and telephone and TV sockets.

The elegant sitting-room has a magnificent view of Brighouse Bay. It is here that residents choose to spend most of their time, enjoying the log fire throughout winter months.

The comfortable dining room overlooks the gardens. The glass cabinets display a fine collection of china-ware and glass.

Residents enjoy the gardens at Senwick with the variety of interesting trees and shrubs, including some more unusual ones from California and New Zealand.
